In simplicity, there are sparks

Pop popping and pop

In our heads, thoughts and breaths

When we allow in meditative state

The waves come and go

Ticking away one after the other

Opening closing opening closing

Adjusting their vibrations and waking something

Or another

Until we are tranquilised to hear the silence

Silent harmony

To get there the crevasse must be opened

For change to occur

Chang to simpler thought processes

In our complicated world

Then we can cope with the challenges
