PRIVACY POLICY
In order to respond to your requests, questions and fulfill orders it may be necessary to ask for personal information such as your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. We may use this information to take action on your requests or to contact you via e-mail, phone or mail to inform you of new services, products or promotions we may offer. If you request a service, place an order for a product or submit your details and content to this site, we may need to contact you for additional information required to process or fulfill your order and/or request. We will not provide this information to a third party without your permission, except as necessary to process your order and fulfill your requests unless it is enforceable by law.

“Artist” is creator of the original designs
“Art Collection” is the group / groups of art work by this artist
“You” and/or “any” means the individual person and/or commercial
Please understand that the "Terms of Use" are provided for both your protection and mine; they are written to clarify the terms under which the images contained within this collection may be used.
These terms are legally binding.
1. All images that comprise the site itself are the sole, exclusive and permanent property of the artist and may not be reproduced by any method including screen captures and/or downloads.
2. Any site whose intent is to earn revenue (whether actual income and or bartered for trade) is considered a commercial endeavor. If you are an individual person and/or commercial endeavor and would like to purchase a licence to use these graphics/designs/patterns

3. Any individual person whose intent is for private use and/or use to earn revenue must purchase an image and/or art collection.

4. Should you choose to purchase and use any graphic / art work found within the collection, whether a complete set or individual image, you must use a linking logo (found on each set selection) and correct referring link within the same page that the image(s) appear. A text link is permitted. This is not negotiable. Using this logo and link is part of the copyright and credit.
a) A page of "credits" is not acceptable. You must credit my art collection actually on the page(s) of use.

5. You must not alter, change, colorize, resize or modify any or all images without specifically indicated approval with the sole exception of adding text to any supplied blank button or image designed for this purpose.
6. You may not use any of the images within the art collection to create filters, brushes, tubes, nozzles, fonts or other current/future software plugins.
7. Images from the art collection may NOT be used by individuals whose intent in developing web sites for others (whether actual income and /or bartered for trade) whether from the site itself or from the web page developing service.
8. Use of my images by individuals developing websites with intent to gain is unequivocally denied unless a licence and written permission from me has been obtained PRIOR to the downloading, uploading or use of any design / graphic.
9. You may not use design or graphic from the collection if you are developing websites for others at no charge and then advertise these sites within a client portfolio with intent to acquire additional paying clients.

10. Images within the art collection are not to be placed in any online collection or archive; in addition, no images are to be redistributed for financial gain or placed within any compilation CD, software or other reproducible media.
11. You must refrain from using the art collection within pages promoting child abuse, hate, bigotry, racism, animal abuse and/or illegal pornographic activities.
12. If you use images from the art collection, you must email me the URL of the completed page.
13. If for any reason I request that the images from the art collection be removed from your site, you will be given 72 hours to comply. Violations of the terms of use could subject you to this agreement.
